Instructions
- Rinse quinoa under cold water.

- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add salmon fillets, cooking for 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Drizzle lemon juice over the salmon.
- Fluff quinoa with a fork and season with salt, pepper, and fresh herbs.
- Serve salmon over a bed of quinoa.
- Garnish with additional herbs and lemon slices.
