- 200g dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional, for smoother texture)
- Sprinkles or chopped nuts for decoration (optional)
Instructions
- Wash the strawberries and pat them dry completely.
- Melt the chocolate with coconut oil in a double boiler or microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Hold each strawberry by the stem and dip it into the melted chocolate, coating about 2/3 of the berry.
- Let excess chocolate drip off, then place the strawberry on parchment paper.
- Add sprinkles or nuts while the chocolate is still wet (optional).
- Let the chocolate set at room temperature or refrigerate for 15 minutes.
