Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1 packet instant yeast
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and yeast.
- Add milk, melted butter, and egg. Stir until combined.
- Knead the dough for 5 minutes.
- Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
- Spread melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon on the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into slices.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar for icing.
- Drizzle icing over warm rolls and serve.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- You can add nuts or raisins for extra flavor.
