Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1 packet instant yeast
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and yeast.
  3. Add milk, melted butter, and egg. Stir until combined.
  4. Knead the dough for 5 minutes.
  5. Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
  6. Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
  7. Spread melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon on the dough.
  8. Roll the dough tightly and cut into slices.
  9. Place rolls in a greased baking dish.
  10. Bake for 25 minutes.
  11. Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar for icing.
  12. Drizzle icing over warm rolls and serve.
