Delicious cinnamon rolls perfect for Valentine’s Day.
Ingredients

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk, warmed
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk (for icing)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes.
- Add melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla to the yeast mixture.
- Gradually mix in flour until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes.
- Place dough in a greased bowl and cover it. Let it rise for 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Spread melted butter over it.
- Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon evenly on top.
- Roll the dough tightly and slice it into rolls.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
- While baking, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk to make icing.
- Drizzle icing over warm rolls before serving.
Notes
- For extra sweetness, add more sugar to the icing.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Can be made ahead and refrigerated overnight.
