Delicious cake pops perfect for Valentine’s Day.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box cake mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup frosting
  • 12 oz chocolate melts
  • Sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cake mix according to package instructions.
  2. Bake the cake and let it cool completely.
  3. Crumble the cooled cake into a bowl.
  4. Mix in the frosting until well combined.
  5. Form small balls with the mixture and place on a baking sheet.
  6. Chill the cake balls in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  7. Melt the chocolate melts in a microwave.
  8. Dip the end of a stick into the melted chocolate and insert into each cake ball.
  9. Coat each cake pop in the melted chocolate.
  10. Decorate with sprinkles.
  11. Let them set on a stand or in a block of styrofoam.
