Instructions

  4. Remove from heat, and stir in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
  5. Mix in the flour, cocoa, salt, and baking powder.

  7. Spread the batter into the prepared pan.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cool before cutting into squares.
