- 2 slices of whole grain bread
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- Strawberries, sliced
- Whipped cream
- Heart-shaped cookie cutter
Instructions
- Use the heart-shaped cookie cutter to cut out hearts from the slices of bread.
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the bread hearts to the skillet and toast until golden brown.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and pour them into the skillet.
- Cook the eggs until set, stirring occasionally.
- Serve the bread hearts topped with eggs, sliced strawberries, and a dollop of whipped cream.

- You can use any type of bread.
- Feel free to add other fruits.
