- 1 pre-made pizza crust (12-inch)
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, diced
- 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Place pizza crust on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
- Spread tzatziki sauce evenly over the crust.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
- Add diced chicken, red onion, cucumber, and cherry tomatoes.
- Season with oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden.
- Slice and serve warm.
Notes
- Use Greek yogurt-based tzatziki for better consistency.
- Grill the chicken beforehand for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
