Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 6 Twix bars, chopped
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup chocolate sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into a 9-inch pie dish.
  3. Bake crust for 8 minutes, then let cool.
  4. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  6. Pour half the cheesecake filling into the crust.
  7. Drizzle caramel sauce and half the chopped Twix bars over the filling.
  8. Add the remaining filling and smooth the top.
  9. Bake for 35-40 minutes until set.
  10. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for 4 hours.
  11. Top with whipped cream, chocolate sauce, and remaining Twix pieces before serving.
