A creamy and crunchy dessert combining the flavors of Twix bars with a smooth cheesecake filling on a buttery crust.

- 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 6 Twix bars, chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup chocolate sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into a 9-inch pie dish.
- Bake crust for 8 minutes, then let cool.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Pour half the cheesecake filling into the crust.
- Drizzle caramel sauce and half the chopped Twix bars over the filling.
- Add the remaining filling and smooth the top.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until set.
- Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for 4 hours.
- Top with whipped cream, chocolate sauce, and remaining Twix pieces before serving.
Notes
- Use room-temperature cream cheese for smoother blending.
- Chill the pie for at least 4 hours to set properly.
- Store leftovers covered in the fridge for up to 3 days.
