  • 1 cup cooked black beans
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and pierce the sweet potatoes with a fork.
  3. Bake sweet potatoes for 45 minutes or until tender.
