Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, basil, and oregano.
  3. Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown.
  4. Remove chicken and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
  6. Add sun-dried tomatoes and cook for 1 minute.
  7. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring well.
  8. Bring to a simmer and cook for 3 minutes.
  9. Return chicken to skillet and cook for 5 more minutes.
  10. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.

  • Adjust creaminess by adding more or less broth.
