  • 1/4 cup (60ml) Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup (150g) cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup (75g) cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup (60g) red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, and lemon juice. Mix well.
  3. Add the drained tuna, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and cooled pasta to the bowl. Stir gently to combine.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the dressing with more mayonnaise or yogurt if desired.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving if desired.

Notes
