- 8 oz (225g) pasta (your choice)
- 1 can (5 oz) tuna, drained
- 1/2 cup (120g) mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup (60ml) Greek yogurt
- 1 cup (150g) cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup (75g) cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup (60g) red onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, and lemon juice. Mix well.
- Add the drained tuna, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and cooled pasta to the bowl. Stir gently to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the dressing with more mayonnaise or yogurt if desired.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving if desired.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or corn for extra flavor and crunch.
- This salad can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
