Ingredients

- 2 cans (5 oz each) tuna, drained
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups mixed greens or lettuce
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup cucumber, sliced
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, celery, red onion, and lemon juice. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- On a serving plate, arrange the mixed greens or lettuce. Top with the tuna mixture.
- Garnish with cherry tomatoes and cucumber slices.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
