- 3 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons baking powder

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups (180g) powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) milk (for frosting)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (for frosting)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking tray.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking tray and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the tray bake to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.
- For the frosting, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the frosting evenly over the cooled tray bake.
- Cut into squares and serve.
