Ingredients
- Mini phyllo shells – 24 pieces
- Cream cheese – 8 oz
- Chopped spinach – 1 cup
- Feta cheese – 1/2 cup
- Cherry tomatoes – 12, halved
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp
- Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- Salt – to taste
- Pepper – to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, chopped spinach, feta cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Fill each mini phyllo shell with the mixture.
- Top each shell with a halved cherry tomato.
- Drizzle olive oil over the filled shells.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm.
