Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 tbsp chopped peanuts

Instructions

  1. Cook chicken in a skillet over medium heat until fully done, about 6-7 minutes per side. Slice into thin strips.
  2. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes to make the sauce.
  3. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet for 30 seconds per side.
  4. Spread peanut sauce on each tortilla, then add chicken, cabbage, carrots, cilantro, and peanuts.
  5. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly to form a wrap.
  6. Serve immediately or wrap in foil for later.
