- 10 Thai red chilies
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Remove the stems from the Thai red chilies.
- Peel the garlic cloves.
- Blend the chilies and garlic in a food processor.
- Add sugar, vinegar, fish sauce, and salt. Blend until smooth.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Transfer to a jar and refrigerate.
