Ingredients

- 2 tbsp lime juice

- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 2 tbsp water
Instructions
- Combine chicken, greens, carrots, cucumber, and cilantro in a large bowl
- Whisk together lime juice, soy sauce, honey, peanut butter, garlic, ginger, and water in a small bowl
- Pour dressing over salad and toss gently
- Sprinkle with chopped peanuts
- Serve immediately
