Description
Crispy Thai chicken bites with a sweet and spicy glaze. Perfect as an appetizer or main dish.
Ingredients

- 500g boneless chicken breast, cubed
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix chicken with soy sauce, fish sauce, honey, lime juice, garlic, ginger, and chili flakes. Marinate for 15 minutes.
- Toss marinated chicken in cornstarch until coated evenly.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Fry chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, double-fry the chicken.
- Adjust chili flakes to control spiciness.
- Serve with a dipping sauce if desired.
