- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

- 3 tablespoons fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons lime juice

Instructions
- Grill the beef sirloin to your desired doneness.
- Let the beef rest before slicing it thinly.
- In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, cilantro, and mint.
- In a small bowl, whisk together fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, and chili flakes.
- Add the sliced beef to the salad and pour the dressing over it.
- Toss well to combine and serve immediately.
