Description
A quick and flavorful stir-fry dish featuring tender beef, crisp vegetables, and rice noodles in a homemade teriyaki sauce.

- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 8 oz rice noodles
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cook rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and cornstarch to make the teriyaki sauce.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over high heat. Add beef and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove from pan.
- In the same pan, add sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Stir for 30 seconds.
- Add bell pepper, carrot, and broccoli. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Return beef to the pan. Pour in teriyaki sauce and stir until thickened.
- Add cooked rice noodles and toss to coat evenly.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- Slice beef thinly for quicker cooking.
- Adjust honey for sweeter or less sweet sauce.
