Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add steak bites and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, add mushrooms and sauté for 3 minutes.
  4. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Scrape up any browned bits.
  6. Stir in heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  7. Return steak bites to the skillet and cook for another 2 minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
