Juicy steak bites cooked in a rich garlic mushroom sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add steak bites and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, add mushrooms and sauté for 3 minutes.
- Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Scrape up any browned bits.
- Stir in heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Return steak bites to the skillet and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
