Description

Tender redfish fillets cooked in a rich lemon butter sauce with aromatic herbs.


Ingredients

  • 2 redfish fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon (juiced)
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme
  • 1 tsp fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season redfish fillets with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Cook fillets for 3-4 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  5. Add lemon juice, thyme, and parsley. Stir for 1 minute.
  6. Return fillets to the pan and spoon sauce over them. Cook for 1 more minute.
  7. Serve immediately.
