Description
Tender redfish fillets cooked in a rich lemon butter sauce with aromatic herbs.
Ingredients

- 2 redfish fillets (6 oz each)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tsp fresh thyme
- 1 tsp fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season redfish fillets with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook fillets for 3-4 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add lemon juice, thyme, and parsley. Stir for 1 minute.
- Return fillets to the pan and spoon sauce over them. Cook for 1 more minute.
- Serve immediately.
