Ingredients

- 2 lbs pork ribs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 4 large potatoes
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 bunch asparagus
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F.
- Rub ribs with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Place ribs on a baking sheet and bake for 2 hours.
- Brush ribs with barbecue sauce and bake for another 30 minutes.
- Peel and boil potatoes until tender.
- Mash potatoes with butter and milk.
- Toss asparagus with olive oil and salt.
- Roast asparagus at 400°F for 15 minutes.
- Serve ribs with mashed potatoes and asparagus.
Notes
- Let ribs rest for 10 minutes before serving.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
