Ingredients

  • 2 lbs pork ribs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F.
  2. Rub ribs with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Place ribs on a baking sheet and bake for 2 hours.
  4. Brush ribs with barbecue sauce and bake for another 30 minutes.
  5. Peel and boil potatoes until tender.
  6. Mash potatoes with butter and milk.
  7. Toss asparagus with olive oil and salt.
  8. Roast asparagus at 400°F for 15 minutes.
  9. Serve ribs with mashed potatoes and asparagus.
