Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 4 ears of corn, husked
  • 2 large potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F.
  2. Mix brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Rub the spice mix evenly over the ribs.
  4. Place ribs on a baking sheet, cover with foil, and bake for 2.5 hours.

  6. Toss potato wedges with olive oil, thyme, and a pinch of salt.
