Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

- Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Spread the beef mixture evenly in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the beef mixture.
- Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer on top.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the tater tots are golden and crispy.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
