- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, then drain excess fat.
- Stir in cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Spread the beef mixture in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Arrange tater tots in a single layer over the beef mixture.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly on top.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until the tater tots are crispy and cheese is melted.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use lean ground beef to reduce excess grease.
- Substitute cream of chicken soup if preferred.
- Add chopped onions or bell peppers for extra flavor.
