Ingredients

  • 1 bag frozen tater tots (32 oz)
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the ground sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. In a greased baking dish, layer half the tater tots.
  5. Add the cooked sausage on top of the tater tots.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the sausage.
  7. Top with the remaining tater tots and sprinkle cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 45 minutes or until the eggs are set and the cheese is bubbly.
