- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
- Coat each chicken breast in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then cover with panko breadcrumbs.
- Place chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20 minutes, flip, and bake for another 10 minutes.
- Mix honey and hot sauce in a bowl.
- Brush the honey mixture over the chicken and bake for 5 more minutes.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
