  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine rhubarb, strawberries, granulated sugar, 1/4 cup flour, and vanilla extract. Mix well and pour into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, 1/2 cup flour, softened butter, and cinnamon. Mix until crumbly.
  4. Spread the oat mixture evenly over the fruit mixture in the baking dish.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the fruit is bubbly.
