Description
A hearty and flavorful taco soup made with a ranch seasoning packet.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and bell pepper. Cook until softened.
- Stir in the black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, ranch seasoning, taco seasoning, and beef broth.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
Notes
- Can be topped with cheese, sour cream, and tortilla chips.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- This soup can be frozen for up to 2 months.
