Tachos are a fun twist on nachos, using crispy tater tots as the base. Loaded with your favorite nacho toppings, they make a perfect snack or party food.

- 1 (32 oz) bag frozen tater tots
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup guacamole
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Spread tater tots in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the hot tots.
- Return to the oven for 2-3 minutes until cheese melts.
- Top with tomatoes, jalapeños, sour cream, guacamole, and green onions.
- Serve immediately.

- For extra crispiness, bake tater tots on a wire rack.
- Customize with black beans, ground beef, or other favorite toppings.
