Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk melted butter and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla to the butter mixture and mix well.
  5. Gradually fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture until combined.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of peanut butter onto the dough and gently swirl with a knife.
  7. Scoop dough onto the baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  8. Let cookies cool on the sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a rack.
