- 500g chicken breast, cut into strips
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili flakes
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 500g potatoes, cut into fries
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, chili flakes, garlic, and ginger. Add chicken strips and marinate for 20 minutes.
- While the chicken is marinating, toss the potato fries with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them on a baking sheet.
- Bake the fries for 20 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook the marinated chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- Serve the honey chicken hot with the golden fries.
