Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh cranberries

  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes

  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Cook chicken in the skillet for 5-6 minutes per side until browned.
  4. Remove chicken and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add cranberries, honey, red pepper flakes, and chicken broth.
  6. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until cranberries soften.
  7. Return chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
  8. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until chicken is fully cooked.
  9. Serve hot.
