Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Cook chicken in the skillet for 5-6 minutes per side until browned.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add cranberries, honey, red pepper flakes, and chicken broth.
- Simmer for 3-4 minutes until cranberries soften.
- Return chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until chicken is fully cooked.
- Serve hot.
