A delicious side dish made with sweet potatoes and topped with marshmallows.

- 2 cups sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Boil the sweet potatoes in water until tender.
- Drain and mash the sweet potatoes.
- Add sugar, butter, and milk to the mashed sweet potatoes and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Top with mini marshmallows.
- Bake for 20 minutes until marshmallows are golden brown.
Notes
- You can adjust the sweetness by adding less sugar.
- Try adding cinnamon for extra flavor.
