- 4 medium sweet potatoes
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Wash and peel the sweet potatoes.
- Cut them into uniform pieces.
- Add water to the Instant Pot.
- Place a steamer basket in the pot.
- Arrange the sweet potatoes in the basket.
- Seal the lid and set the pot to high pressure for 15 minutes.
- Once done, perform a quick release of pressure.
- Remove the sweet potatoes and season with olive oil and salt.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time for larger sweet potatoes.
- For a sweeter taste, add cinnamon or honey.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
