Ingredients

- 4 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the sweet potatoes in the Instant Pot.
- Add water and olive oil.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Close the lid and set the valve to sealing.
- Cook on high pressure for 15 minutes.
- Allow natural release for 10 minutes, then quick release the remaining pressure.
- Open the lid and mash or serve as desired.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time for larger or smaller sweet potatoes.
