Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato fries with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fries are crispy and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
