- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into thin strips, about 1/4 inch thick.
- In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato strips with olive oil, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Place the sweet potato fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to cook them in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time for even crispiness.
- Once they are golden brown and crispy, remove the fries from the air fryer and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak the sweet potato fries in cold water for 30 minutes before cooking, then dry thoroughly.
- Feel free to adjust the seasonings to your taste; try adding cayenne pepper for a spicy kick!
