Crispy and delicious sweet potatoes cooked to perfection in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 2 medium sweet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
Instructions
- Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into evenly sized cubes, about 1 inch in size.
- In a large bowl, combine the sweet potato cubes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and any optional seasonings.
- Toss until the sweet potatoes are well coated with the oil and seasonings.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the sweet potato cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the sweet potatoes are crispy and tender.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak the sweet potato cubes in water for 30 minutes before drying and air frying.
- Feel free to experiment with different seasonings to customize the flavor.
