- 2 tbsp chipotle powder
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Rub beef ribs with olive oil, chipotle powder, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Place ribs on a baking sheet and roast for 2 hours.
- Mix brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and minced garlic in a bowl.
- Brush glaze over ribs and roast for another 30 minutes until caramelized.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra heat, add more chipotle powder.
- Use foil to cover ribs if they brown too quickly.
- Serve with coleslaw or grilled vegetables.
