- 1/2 cup of almond butter
- 1/4 cup of dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup of chopped nuts
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix rolled oats, honey, almond butter, and vanilla extract.
- Add chocolate chips and chopped nuts to the mixture.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a baking tray.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Feel free to substitute almond butter with peanut butter.
- Can add dried fruits for extra flavor.
