- 12 sweet Hawaiian rolls
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tbsp butter (melted)
- Maple syrup (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut Hawaiian rolls into 1-inch cubes and place them in a greased baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon until well combined.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the bread cubes.
- Drizzle melted butter on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and set.
- Serve warm with maple syrup.
Notes
- Let the bread soak in the egg mixture for 10 minutes before baking for extra flavor.
- Add fresh berries or powdered sugar as a topping.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days.
