Description

A flavorful grilled chicken dish with a sweet chili lime glaze, topped with fresh herbs for a vibrant taste.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh mint

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, lime juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat chicken breasts with half the sauce mixture.
  4. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. Brush remaining sauce over chicken during the last 2 minutes of grilling.
  6. Remove from grill and top with chopped cilantro and mint.

Notes

  • Marinate chicken for 30 minutes for extra flavor.
  • Adjust chili sauce for more or less spice.
  • Serve with rice or a fresh salad.
