Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add diced chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Stir in sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and honey. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add sliced bell pepper and cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Serve over cooked rice.
  7. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
