- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon ginger (grated)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 green onion (chopped, for garnish)
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Add bell pepper and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and cook until sauce thickens.
- Garnish with green onion and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust chili sauce for more or less heat.
- Serve with rice or noodles.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
