- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add steak bites and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Pour the sauce over the steak bites and stir to coat evenly.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and sticks to the steak.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately.
