- 2 cups apple juice
- 1 cup sparkling water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Blend strawberries until smooth.
- Strain the strawberry puree to remove seeds.
- In a pitcher, mix strawberry puree, apple juice, and lemon juice.
- Stir in honey if desired.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes.
- Before serving, add sparkling water and ice cubes.
- Stir gently and serve cold.
