Ingredients

- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb mussels, cleaned
- 1 lb clams, cleaned
- 2 ears corn, cut into thirds
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 1 smoked sausage, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Divide shrimp, mussels, clams, corn, potatoes, sausage, garlic, and lemon slices evenly among 4 large sheets of aluminum foil.
- Drizzle melted butter over each packet and sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Fold foil packets tightly to seal.
- Place packets on the grill and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until shrimp is pink and mussels/clams have opened.
- Carefully open packets, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
Notes
- Discard any mussels or clams that do not open after cooking.
- Adjust seasoning to your preference.
- Serve with crusty bread for soaking up the juices.
